Welcome to Scrplay8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Scrplay8 ("the Platform", "we", "usour"), governing your access to and use of the Scrplay8 website located at https://scrplay8.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Scrplay8 platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Scrplay8 is operated by a company duly incorporated and licensed under applicable international gaming regulations. The platform is made available primarily to residents of Malaysia and other jurisdictions where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of the User to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active Account on Scrplay8, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. Scrplay8 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered Members. Scrplay8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where this requirement is not satisfied.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Users bear sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of Scrplay8, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or permanently banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Each individual may hold onlyone (1) registered Account on Scrplay8. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise connected accounts by the same individual — whether under different usernames, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Scrplay8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending balances where multiple accounts are identified.

During the registration process, Members are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Scrplay8 requires all Members to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence, together with a proof of current residential address issued within the preceding three (3) months (such as a utility bill or bank statement). A selfie photograph holding the primary identification document may also be required.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Scrplay8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage where further verification is deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials. Scrplay8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Member failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to Scrplay8's support team immediately at [email protected].

Members agree to use the Scrplay8 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities — whether in the Platform, third-party game providers, or payment processing systems — to obtain an undue advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any transaction or activity that constitutes, facilitates, or could be construed as money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or personal information without their explicit and documented consent.
• Engaging in verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or discriminatory conduct directed at Scrplay8 staff, agents, or fellow Members via any support or communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or Platform security controls.

Scrplay8 reserves the right to investigate any Account where suspicious activity is detected. During such investigations, the Account — and any associated Wallet Balance — may be temporarily frozen. Scrplay8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve investigations promptly and will communicate outcomes to the affected Member via their registered email address.

Scrplay8 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, major Malaysian bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), and cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT (TRC-20).

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is RM50. Deposits made via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited to the Member's Wallet within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Scrplay8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, fees imposed by the Member's financial institution or payment provider are the Member's sole responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Scrplay8 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 2 minutes for DuitNow and FPX channels under standard operating conditions; however, processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal to Source: Scrplay8 applies a return-to-source policy where withdrawal proceeds will be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for deposit is subject to additional verification.

• Members may only withdraw funds to accounts, walets, or methods held in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to applicable Wagering Requirements being satisfied in full prior to withdrawal request submission.
• Scrplay8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal where it dems this necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering purposes.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. Scrplay8 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

Scrplay8 offers various promotional incentives to Members including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated in the relevant promotion details.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. Members must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus amount plus deposit, as specified) the required number of times before any associated winings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirement details are published in the promotion description accessible within the Member's dashboard.

• Each Member is entitled to one (1) Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses will be closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless a shorter or longer expiry is specified in the promotion terms.
• Scrplay8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments made to Members who have already accepted promotion in good faith.
• If Scrplay8 determines that a Member has attempted to abuse, manipulate, or exploit any bonus or promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play — the relevant bonus and associated winings may be voided and the Account may be subject to review.
• Free spins and free bet credits are subject to individual promotion terms. Winings generated from free spins may be subject to a cap and separate wagering requirements.

By placing any wager, bet, or game stake on the Scrplay8 platform, Members confirm their understanding and acceptance of the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

Sports Betting: All odds quoted are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of a bet confirmation reference number displayed on screen and/or delivered to the Member's registered email. Scrplay8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered or settled in error, including as a result of a technical fault, pricing error, or the use of outdated or incorrect data.

Live Casino & Slots: All casino games offered on the Platform are operated by certified third-party game providers. The outcome of each game is determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Scrplay8 is not liable for winings that cannot be credited due to a verified technical fault within the game provider's system. Such incidents will be referred to the relevant provider for investigation and resolution.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game session, the Platform will attempt to resolve the session using recorded server-side state data. Where resolution is not possible, the stake may be returned to the Member's Wallet at Scrplay8's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Scrplay8 markets cover a broad range of sporting events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, AFC Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions. Settlement rules for each sport are published in the Platform's betting rules documentation.

Scrplay8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to ensuring that gambling on the Platform remains a form of entertainment rather than a source of financial distress. Scrplay8 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered Members.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from every Member's account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated session duration alerts notify Members when a specified play period has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours,7 days, or 30 days at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request permanent or time-limited self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

All content published on the Scrplay8 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Scrplay8", logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, icons, game assets licensed from third-party providers, text, and software — is the property of Scrplay8 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Modifying, adapting, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on Platform software or content;
• Using the Scrplay8 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without express written consent;
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform using automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scrplay8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of profit.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scrplay8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Whilst we take reasonable steps to maintain Platform uptime and data integrity, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

Scrplay8's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by the Member: Members may close their Account at any time by contacting Scrplay8's support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, the Member should ensure that all pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that any remaining Wallet Balance is withdrawn. Wallet Balances remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be returned to the Member subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

Termination by Scrplay8: Scrplay8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false or misleading registration or verification information;
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive conduct;
• Failure to satisfy applicable KYC requirements within the requested timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring closure;
• Any other conduct that Scrplay8 reasonably determines poses a risk to the Platform, its Members, or third parties.

Where an Account is closed by Scrplay8 for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money Wallet Balances will be returned to the Member (less any applicable deductions) following the conclusion of any investigation, unless required to be withheld by regulatory or law enforcement instruction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scrplay8 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — including questions regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — shall first be submitted to Scrplay8's internal dispute resolution process.

Internal Dispute Resolution: Members who wish to raise a dispute must first contact Scrplay8's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the matter including the Account username, relevant transaction references, and a clear description of the grounds for the dispute. Scrplay8 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, Members may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or independent adjudication service designated by Scrplay8's gaming licence. Details of the applicable adjudication body are available upon request from the support team.

Scrplay8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business operations, or Platform features. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Reviewed" date.

Where a change to these Terms is material — meaning it could significantly affect a Member's rights or obligations — Scrplay8 will endeavour to notify affected Members via email to their registered address at least 14 calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect. For non-material amendments, the updated Terms will take effect upon publication.

Continued use of the Scrplay8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not accept the amended Terms may close their Account as provided under Section 12.
